Pella Fiber will be performing ONT maintenance between the hours of 6AM & 7AM, Monday - Wednesday 2/2-4. This maintenance will cause a brief disruption in service as the ONT is rebooted. We apologize for any inconvenience and will try to keep the disruption to a minimum.

Pella Fiber will be performing maintenance on Thursday 2/12 between the hours of 4:30AM and 6:30AM. Customers in the following service areas may see a brief loss of all services as the maintenance is completed:

SA20
SA07
SA25
SA28
SA08

On Tuesday February 3 between 5AM & 6AM Pella Fiber will be performing OLT maintenance on Service Area 28. This will mainly affect customers in the Brook Circle & Neil Drive area with potential for a handful of customers along Idaho Drive. Please see attached image for a map of the affected area.

We don't expect services to be out for anything more than a very short duration. If you experience issues after this window, please try power cycling your router. If you continue to have trouble feel free to call us at 641-628-4173, option 1.
