    Pella Fiber will be performing maintenance on our CGNAT routers at 12:00AM on Friday 5/29/26. This will only affect CGNAT customers. Customers with static or public IP addresses will remain unaffected. Service will be disrupted during this window. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    UPN will be performing maintenance on our fiber ring in Des Moines May 1st from 12AM to 6AM. Traffic will be shifted to the other leg of the ring during the maintenance window. We don't anticipate any loss of service but there is a potential for congestion if there is abnormally high traffic.
